Bringing in the harvest
Present the material in the form of rough notes, including as much raw data as possible. There is no need to write a finished piece.
Checklist for sending (any or all that apply):
Hindi/Bhopali recording in mp3 form
Typed up rough transcript of interview (full as possible)
English translation
Note of with whom, when and where the interview was done with names of all who took part
Photographs in digital form at large size (at least 2mb)
Captions (who, what, when, where, doing what etc) for pictures that need them
Video on DVD or if urgently needed reduced to mp4 and uploaded to the website (ftp data to follow).
